I love days like these.
The air is crisp, the leaves are changing, and the conversation encouraging. As I was talking this morning with Gisella, the mastermind and creative behind BB Flori Co., we started discussing our "10 year goals." One thing that came out of the conversation was that you have to put your goals out there. You have to talk about it. You have to let people know, "Hey, this is where I want to go. Any ideas of how I can get there?"
It was such a great conversation. But it also made me realize that I need to do exactly that. I need to talk about my goals. I need to actually practice what I preach. So, I decided to put one of my goals out there for you:
1. Travel + photography.
It has always been on my heart to explore new lands while being able to photograph. Being able to combine two things that I absolutely love. So, whether that be photographing a destination wedding in Europe, or photographing for a non-profit in Africa, or even photographing in Latin America for a start up business. It's all there. Sitting in my heart as a big, scary goal that I hope to make a reality.
Paris in the Spring
What are the big goals that are hiding away in your mind? The ones that seem just within reach? The ones that are so far out there that you think, "This will probably never happen but..." Those dreams.
